Hi! I’m Taylor.

I’ve spent over a decade working in corporate America in sales and leadership development. I grew up as a competitive figure skater, in an environment where it was expected that I would do well in skating, get good grades, go to college, graduate, get a stable job….you get the picture. I thought life worked like that - you follow the path of shoulds, and you’re all set, right?

Not exactly.

I graduated college and for the first time in my life, I didn’t know what was next. Should I go get my PhD in psychology? What sort of jobs are available to someone with NO experience? Why does it seem like everyone I know has their lives together? I took a job in sales, thinking it would be a great first foot in the door and help me to start building my skills and network.

I learned so much so quickly about business and how companies operate, and quickly became fascinated by this concept of leadership. I noticed how some of my first leaders were able to identify strengths in me that I wasn’t even aware of, help me focus in on those strengths, and use them to start building my career. I finally started to feel a sense of direction at work, and knew I wanted to do this for others.

Along the way, I became a people leader myself. I wanted to learn (and still am learning) all of the things that made a leader the type of leader we all want to work for. Through this journey, I realized that my true passion was helping others recognize their strengths, get clear on their ‘why,’ and use that to build a career and life that they were truly proud of. Whether that was through helping someone navigate a career change, working with someone to identify what made them ‘tick,’ or empowering leaders to increase their effectiveness, I was hooked.

I now have my Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and am a Certified Professional Coach. I use the intersection of my education, my own experiences, and my coaching background to help others:

  • Get clear on their why.

  • Clarify and truly understand their core values.

  • Apply this to create more meaning in their careers and lives, aligning to what’s most important to them.

  • Use these strategies to help their teams and colleagues do the same.

I live in Colorado with my husband and our two dogs, Hazel and Lou. During the day, I work with sales leaders in tech to be the best leaders they can be. Outside of my day job, I love to be outside enjoying the 300 days of sunshine that Colorado gets, running, or exploring new restaurants and breweries in town.
